The stay at Hotel Berta was great. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Could not do enough to help you. Breakfast was amazing. Staff would make sure the food was constantly being replaced if ran out of anything. Only had a couple of others meals at the hotel but was there nice.

My daughter and me we enjoyed the jacuzzi on the roof, however, one of them wasn't working, but It was not a busy time just one other family was there so it was nice and relaxing. The lady came to order a day meal. She prepared the table and bring food and drinks to us on the roof. She was so nice lady, we talked about Italian music, she was lovely. While we were out the Housekeepers cleaned our room and left it refreshed, when we came back from a hot day it was so pleasant to relax in the room as it was nice and clean and smelled good.

All the facilities were brilliant. Fantastic rooftop sunloungers and jacuzzis which were easy to book in. Really good breakfast and great coffee. The staff were always pleasant and kind. Also a really peaceful hotel.

Everything was just perfect. We were in Italy for week, visited 5 different hotels but this was the best one. Staff here was realy nice and helpfull, especially young guy with longer hair at reception. Room was clean, just like on pictures. AC was working. Pool was nice and clean aswell. Breakfast was really good. Best i had at any hotels. Salmon sandwiches, pannacotta, mini quiches or little salty croissants. Really good. Jacuzzi on the top of the hotel with nice view on Lago di Garda, which was righ next to the hotel. They let us to use pool and jacuzzi 1hour before opening because we were leaving that day. Reccomending!

A wonderful hotel with great staff and food . The quadrouple room which I shared with husband and 18 year old and 15 year old was bigger than expected we also had a balcony. the hotel was spotless I can't recomend hotel Berta enough We were there 16 to 23 August 2023.

Very clean and bright rooms and common areas. Wifi worked very well. Excellent breakfast, like in 4-5* hotels: fresh and big selection, different every morning. Nice location and beautiful view to the lake from the rooftop terrace. There are some restaurants in walking distance (1,5 km). Excellent early check-in time. Children liked the pool.

I liked the staff kindness, from the women at the reception to the waiters. The room was superb and clean, and the terrace in front of the lake was exceptional. The location was also good. You can go for a nice walk, and you can also find places to have something. I strongly recommend the sunset... Finally, the breakfast buffet was tasty and varied. Therefore, it is a fully recommended hotel.

Rooftop hot tub was wonderful. The breakfast was really great. A/C in the room was very nice. Location was good, very nice restaurants nearby. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, linking us with a taxi for us to explore the area. The continental breakfast is the best I’ve seen in terms of quality and choice. The interior design of the hotel is beautiful and elegant with a relaxing touch. Our rooms were perfectly clean with comfy beds, and a great size balcony. The pool was also clean with enough seating nearby, and the bar staff were quick and made great drinks.

Really friendly staff, great roof top whirl pools and lovely pool and pool area. Loved the bar for snacks and pizza etc. the location was a nice long walk to Desenzano and Sirmione. Staff were helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them.
